Meet Grey Agenda Star & 2nd AD Suzanne Racz
Actress: Suzanne Racz plays Christy and was 2nd A.D. on production of Slo Rowe Entertainment's upcoming film Grey Agenda
What Film experience did you have before Grey Agenda?
Suzanne Racz: Before Grey Agenda, I had been involved with about a dozen short films and probably half a dozen features in some respect or another... acting, PA work, and behind the scenes photography to name a few.
What made you want to be apart of Grey Agenda?
SR: Initially I was interested in being a part of Grey Agenda for the opportunity offered. When Larry Called and asked me to work on the project as Second AD, I jumped at the position as it was something I had never done before. Of course, I had worked with Larry in the past on Decisions and there was a comfort level in that I knew how he worked. It was after I read the script, though that I got really excited about the movie.
After you read the script your first thought was?
SR: WOW!!! The script is really exciting and keeps you on the edge of your seat. I could see the audience really getting immersed in the story.
Tell us about your Character in Grey Agenda.
SR: Christy is really a bystander in the film. She is generally a strong no-nonsense kind of girl.
Not only did you act in Grey Agenda you were also the 2nd Assistant Director. What was it like wearing multiple hats?
SR: I love indie film making as it is a forum in which you can wear multiple hats. I am learning at every turn.
Which do you like better cast or crew?
SR:Acting is my first love, but I really enjoy both sides of the camera. The roles are so different, but I believe doing both allows me to understand each job better.
This is your 2nd Film with Slo Rowe Entertainment. How did this experience compare to your last one on the set of Decisions?
SR:Well, there were some commonalities in the making of both films. Being behind the scenes on Grey Agenda was most definitely eye opening. It made me really appreciate the feat of pulling together a feature film indie style.
Suzanne doing a little bit of everything as 2nd AD |
What was the most memorable moment for you on the Grey Agenda set?
SR: The most memorable moment for me on set was most assuredly, the last night of filming when Larry pulled out a shot list.Larry Stanley using a shot list...I almost fainted. ;)
Do you believe in Aliens?
SR: I do now.
Grey Agenda is about Secret Underground Military Bases that house Aliens. Do you think Aliens are in the U.S. in secret bases?
SR: It would not surprise me to find out that the US has some kind of formal connection, whether or not that is on secret bases or not.
If you ever met an Alien what would you ask them?
SR: That would be the longest conversation ever!!!!!!
It breaks on CNN Aliens land on earth, what's the first thing you do?
SR:Hmmmm...Aliens land on earth. Immediately go into apocalypse mode, gather my kids and my predetermined team...go underground... Maybe I should do some planning.
Suzanne making new friends on the Grey Agenda set |
What is your favorite Alien movie, other than Grey Agenda,Of course ;)?
SR: I would have to say The Thing, of course Alien, Close Encounters, Men in Black...I love alien movies!!!!
What's Next for you?
SR:I'm currently working on a feature film as second AD with a small part. I continue to take acting classes. I've written a few things of my own. One of these days, I would like to produce and direct my own film. For now, I keep learning.
If you could change one thing about Grey agenda it would be?
SR: If I could change one thing about Grey Agenda, it would probably be the budget, but isn't that always the rate limiting factor on an indie film?

Meet Grey Agenda Star Timothy Green
How did you find out about Grey Agenda?
TG-Almost immediately, after I moved to the DFW area, I made friends with Nathan Hartley. Nathan would inform me of auditions around the area, so I believe I saw the audition on Craigslist, then Nathan reassured me that it was a legit movie.
What was your audition process like?
TG-Well, this was my second professional film audition and I showed up early, about an hour early because I was still getting used to the metroplex, so I set out early and arrived early. When I first walked into the waiting room, I felt so weird because there were two people at the sign-in desks and two or three just sitting around and I ask a question similar to, "Uhhhhhhh is this where we audition for The Grey Agenda?" After confirming that I was at the right audition, I then revealed that I was an hour early and one of the sign-in ladies laughed at me. (I think it was Sheril but I don't remember, I hadn't been introduced to anyone yet.) After signing in and filling out the form, I waited for about five minutes, then Larry came striding out of the audition room, hair blowing in the breeze, the only thing missing was the gallant white horse. I feel like this answer has been long enough so Larry gets me back in the audition room about 45 minutes early and I don't know where to put my coat and I left my audition script in my car, so I asked where I can put my coat, apologized, then asked if I could borrow a script, and apologized two or three times. I auditioned, felt weird, apologized, left, cried, laughed, had drinks, and received an email the next morning asking if I still wanted to be a part of this project. The end!
When you left the audition, how did you feel?
TG-I felt embarrassed when I left the audition, but determined to do better on my next one.
After you read the Grey Agenda script what were your first thoughts?
TG-Wait...so...is it a comedy? Or a drama?
Since you booked the role of Eric tell us about him?
TG-What's to tell? Eric is a pretty transparent guy. He is a "nerd" through and through. He believes in aliens and conspiracy theories, he was bullied in high school, there aren't many clues to how smart he is, but people keep calling him smart in the script. He knows people make fun of him for the aliens and conspiracies, yet he still has the courage (or is dumb enough) to put his ideas out there.
How did you prepare for the role?
TG-Up until this point, I have only been in staged plays, so I just went through, marked my lines, found my givens, wrote them down so I wouldn't forget. Everytime I wopuld read through the script I would look for something else, something new about Eric, Eric's relationship to Kenny, Eric's relationship to other characters, and Eric's fascination with aliens. I mean, his belief in aliens is religious in a way. He believes in things he doesn't see, has no proof of, and he only hears rumors online about aliens, but he still believes. He even tries to "convert" Kenny.
What did you expect the set to be like before you started shooting?
TG-I'm not sure. I guess I was expecting everything to be fake and wooden flats just painted, maybe a green screen. I don't know, like in Hollywood? Actors rushing to learn their lines, everyone is business, nothing else.
How did your actual experience measure up?
TG-It was completely different, everyone was so goofy and energetic. We shot on location for every scene, we would have moments when everyone was pretty lax, and moments when we all buckled down and did what needed to be done. It was really fun!
What was your most memorable moment on set?
TG-I don't know. I feel like the correct answer would be, "Spending time with everyone," or, "learning everything that I can and experience." But really, the food was delicious. I don't even remember who made it for us. I think that makes me a bad person.
Did you do any research on Aliens before Grey Agenda?
TG-Larry gave me a couple names to look up online and I watched maybe half a documentary on Netflix. I believe in other life forms in the universe, I'm just not that interested in them. I tried though.
Do you think there are Real Grey Aliens on Earth? If,so what are they doing here?
TG-I don't believe Grey Aliens are on Earth at all, and if they are, we are already doomed. Out of every species on earth there are maybe three or four animals that have higher functioning thought processes other than Human Beings. So, if there is life out on a different planet, what is the possibility that any of it has a more advanced civilization than us Human Beings. I mean first the other life forms would have to come together as a planet, unlike earth which has many different countries. So, no I don't believe there are Grey Aliens on earth.
What do you do in your free time, when you are not making movies about aliens?
TG-It seems like all I have had time for is work. I have also been applying to more jobs, to move back to the metroplex or somewhere else where film and theatre is big.
If news broke that there was an Alien Invasion on earth, what would you do?
TG-Thank God that I live in Texas. I would raid the closest gun shop, I imagine there will be chaos and looting so I would try to loot the gun shop early. Then, I would gather as many of my friends and family I could get to, find a bunker and hunker down until we die I guess.
What is your favorite Science Fiction Movie outside of Grey Agenda,of course?
TG-Star Wars. That's right, I'm basic.
After people watch Grey Agenda they will think............................
TG-GRAB THE WOMEN AND CHILDREN AND RUN FOR THE HILLS!
That, or, "Man that Timothy Green fella, he's one beautiful son of a gun!"

Meet Grey Agenda Star: Bridgette Mishelle
Actress: Bridgette Mishelle plays
Victoria in Slo Rowe Entertainment's upcoming film Grey Agenda
What acting
experience did you have before Grey Agenda?
Bridgette Mishelle:I have been acting on
local television, theater and local independent films since I was 18 years old
What made you want to be apart of Grey Agenda?
BM: I love movies that are suspenseful, scifi, horror and just flat
out weird. I couldn’t not be apart of this film.I’ve been lucky enough to
work with several of the actors from Grey Agenda on previous sets, so it was
like ‘being home’.
After you read the script your first thought was?
BM: Bejeezus, how are they going to accomplish all of the special
effects and sets needed? Haha!
Tell us about your Character in Grey Agenda
BM: I play Victoria, who is a bad-ass detective…but I’m not working
for the right team, that’s for sure. She is a ‘kill-or-be-killed’ kind of
woman, with a very sarcastic and manipulative attitude. She really likes
having the upper hand and putting people in their place. She’s definitely
not afraid of getting her hands dirty.
How did you prepare for
your role?
BM: Would you believe me if I said I watched a lot of X-Files?Don’t…I didn’t. I really can’t pinpoint any certain way that I prepare for roles. I just make sure I have my lines down, sometimes adding a dash of my own sarcastic personality and rehearse a lot so that I can hear the way it sounds out loud. I always over-analyze the thought process of the character. “Would she really wear that outfit?” “What’s her personality really like?” “Is she someone you love to hate, or just plain hate”. I really want to make the character believable.

This is your 5th Film working with Grey Agenda Director Larry
Stanley, how did this compare to the others?
BM: I think the caliber of
film from Larry Stanley just continues to improve…and sometimes just get
weird! You never know where Larry is coming from. One day you’re
working on a movie about adults making poor decisions, the next day you’re
working on a movie about aliens. He’s definitely an artist, their minds’
are indecipherable and all over the place. But I absolutely love
it! It’s never a dull moment!
What was your on set experience like on Grey Agenda?
BM: My experience on the set was very physical. We had some
good stunt work and some late nights…but with late nights, we would get a
little giddy and probably annoying to Larry. We just tried to keep it fun
when we’d get tired, definitely got some laughs.
What was the most memorable moment on the set?
BM : My most memorable moment
on set is so dumb! We were out in the woods really late at night and we
started hearing all kinds of animal noises and rustling in the trees and bushes.
I saw something out of the corner of my eye and full-on mom-armed the actor
next to me even though he’s three times my size. I could not stop
laughing at the stupidity of it. I shielded him from a big, bad
armadillo with my arm while holding a fake pistol.
Do you believe in Aliens?
BM: Why not? It would be
incredibly narcissistic to think that we are the only living creatures in all
of the galaxies.
So Grey Aliens come and tell you that they are abducting you and
taking you to their home planet, but they will let you take 3 things with you.
What do you take?
BM: Um…..my daughter, my
boyfriend and my pit-bull, hahaha!
Are you into Conspiracy Theories? If,so which ones do you
believe?
BM: The zombie-apocalypse is a
real threat!
Here is one for you, did Oswald act alone?
BM: No. It’s hard to believe that he could kill the president
without a little help.
What do you do when you are not working on a movie set?
BM: I have the privilege of
working a day job. I manage a veterinary clinic in Dallas and I run a
Community Service Team for our region. When I’m not working, I like spending time with my awesome kid
and enjoying a nice sing-off at the local karaoke bar.
What's Next for you?
BM: I finally bit the bullet
and got signed with an agency…so who knows what they’ll have in store for
me. However, I made sure I will still be able to work with Larry Stanley
whenever I want! ; )
After people watch Grey Agenda they will leave
the theater thinking.................
BM:Mind = blown

Meet Grey Agenda Star Carly Capra
Actress: Carly Capra plays Denise in Slo Rowe Entertainment's upcoming film Grey Agenda
How did you get involved with Grey Agenda?
Carly Capra:Larry Stanley contacted me in January about a role he thought fit me, the role of Denise. We talked about the premise of the movie and the character and of course I said yes.
Tell us about your character
CC:My character Denise is the girlfriend of Tex. She is an all American sweetheart and the love of Tex’s life. Some of the story centers around her, her abduction and Tex trying to find her. Without giving away too much of the story, she goes through some major personality changes due to some things that happen to her.
CC:I watched movies like Dark Skies, The Fourth Kind, and The Astronaut’s Wife. I studied the effects on people that have experienced alien abductions. I also watched a lot of Ancient Aliens and watched videos of Phil Schnieder. I tried to learn as much as I could about Grey Aliens and Government conspiracy theories related to them.
Alien Selfie |
You are one of the more experienced cast members of Grey Agenda, how did Grey Agenda compare to the other projects you have worked on?.
CC: The cast was much bigger than any film I’ve worked on. It was pretty organized, that is hard to do on any production. I also worked behind the camera more during this production. Oh, and there was food!
You worked with Robb Hudspeth on Blood Reunion 3. How was it working with Robb again?
CC:It’s always a pleasure to work with Robb. I was really happy that he got the role of Dr. Pruitt. We have great chemistry as actors together. It was fun watching him become Dr. Pruitt.
You were also an Associate Producer on Grey Agenda. This was your first time wearing that hat. What did you think about the behind the camera role?
CC:I definitely have a new found respect for the production side of things. In the beginning of production I wasn’t AP. I started out just helping the crew wherever I was needed and that role grew on every set. It was a great experience and at times very trying , especially towards the end of production because we were just so tired from fiming for 4 months; but I would do it again in a heartbeat.
Carly staying alert between takes |
Did you learn anything on the set of Grey Agenda?
CC: I learned so much during this production. Where do I start? I learned behind the camera lingo, how to work the lights, cables, dimmers, reflectors, boom and slating. I did some scheduling, make up, wardrobe and special F/X. I learned about framing shots. Patience is a virtue!
What was your Favorite Moment on set of Grey Agenda?
CC:There are so many. I love it when we have blooper moments. We had fun with our Alien friends on set too.
Carly and Sandra Abernathy give the Alien Kisses |
What was your favorite scene seen to shoot?
CC:One of my favorite scenes is when Beau Spencer and Victoria meet. It is a short scene, but the dialog between them and what transpires really moved me. The major fight scene was very cool too. Dog Pack Productions choreographed the scene for us. It was scary at moments, no one got seriously injured. Larry poked Robb in the eye with a gun, but it wasn’t serious. The whole cast and crew put in 110% that day. It was a very long day and the girls really impressed me. We were all exhausted and physically sore for days.
Looking at your Facebook page it says you’re dating Grey Agenda Director Larry Stanley. How was it trying to balance a relationship and indie film project?
CC:I think we balanced it well and made a good team. We are also different people on and off set. We did our best to always remain professional on set. I think we both became consumed with the project and the stress was felt toward the end. But the fact we survived it speaks volumes.
Carly and Larry Stanley on the set of Grey Agenda. |
Do you believe in Aliens?
CC: I think there is so much evidence that definitely proves we are not alone in this universe.
Let's say you get abducted, what is the first thing you think?
CC:I can’t say those words in this interview. It would be along the lines of holy crap, I’m going to die. For the love of God! They are real!
Now let reverse the whip, you abduct a Grey Alien, what do you do to him?
CC:Well, if he was nice, I’d take him to Arby’s.
Must be a nice Alien |
Any upcoming projects?
CC:Always.
After people watch Grey Agenda they will leave the theater saying......
CC:Give me more!!!
