Meet Grey Agenda Star & 2nd AD Suzanne Racz

Actress: Suzanne Racz plays Christy and was 2nd A.D. on production of Slo Rowe Entertainment's upcoming film Grey Agenda

What Film experience did you have before Grey Agenda?
Suzanne Racz: Before Grey Agenda, I had been involved with about a dozen short films and probably half a dozen features in some respect or another... acting, PA work, and behind the scenes photography to name a few.

What made you want to be apart of Grey Agenda?
SR: Initially I was interested in being a part of Grey Agenda for the opportunity offered. When Larry Called and asked me to work on the project as Second AD, I jumped at the position as it was something I had never done before. Of course, I had worked with Larry in the past on Decisions and there was a comfort level in that I knew how he worked. It was after I read the script, though that I got really excited about the movie.

After you read the script your first thought was?
SR: WOW!!!  The script is really exciting and keeps you on the edge of your seat. I could see the audience really getting immersed in the story.

Tell us about your Character in Grey Agenda.
SR: Christy is really a bystander in the film. She is generally a strong no-nonsense kind of girl.

Not only did you act in Grey Agenda you were also the 2nd Assistant Director.  What  was it like wearing multiple hats?
SR: I love indie film making as it is a forum in which you can wear multiple hats. I am learning at every turn.
Which do you like better cast or crew?
SR:Acting is my first love, but I really enjoy both sides of the camera. The roles are so different, but I believe doing both allows me to understand each job better.

This is your 2nd Film with Slo Rowe Entertainment. How did this experience compare to your last one on the set of Decisions?
SR:Well, there were some commonalities in the making of both films. Being behind the scenes on Grey Agenda was most definitely eye opening.  It made me really appreciate the feat of pulling together a feature film indie style.
Suzanne doing a little bit of everything as 2nd AD

What was the most memorable moment for you on the Grey Agenda set?
SR: The most memorable moment for me on set was most assuredly, the last night of filming when Larry pulled out a shot list.Larry Stanley using a shot list...I almost fainted. ;)

Do you believe in Aliens?
SR: I do now.

Grey Agenda is about Secret Underground Military Bases that house Aliens. Do you think Aliens are in the U.S. in secret bases?
SR: It would not surprise me to find out that the US has some kind of formal connection, whether or not that is on secret bases or not.

If you ever met an Alien what would you ask them?
SR: That would be the longest conversation ever!!!!!!

It breaks on CNN Aliens land on earth, what's the first thing you do?
SR:Hmmmm...Aliens land on earth. Immediately go into apocalypse mode, gather my kids and my predetermined team...go underground... Maybe I should do some planning.

Suzanne making new friends on the Grey Agenda set
What is your favorite Alien movie, other than Grey Agenda,Of course ;)?
SR: I would have to say The Thing, of course Alien, Close Encounters, Men in Black...I love alien movies!!!!

What's Next for you?
SR:I'm currently working on a feature film as second AD with a small part. I continue to take acting classes. I've written a few things of my own. One of these days, I would like to produce and direct my own film. For now, I keep learning.

If you could change one thing about Grey agenda it would be?
SR: If I could change one thing about Grey Agenda, it would probably be the budget, but isn't that always the rate limiting factor on an indie film?

After people watch Grey Agenda they will leave the theater thinking.................
SR:When people leave the theater, I hope they will end up thinking and thinking and re-thinking...Isn't that the point?
